We're looking for a Social Media Working Student/Intern to join Lena, our Head of Content & Marketing, and help Masterplan and AI Shapers show up on social media the way we actually think and work.

Where you come in:

• You own LinkedIn end to end: content calendar, posts, and community management for Masterplan and AI Shapers.

• You help run Instagram and other channels, and build your own formats there. Bonus points if you're already familiar with Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools.

• You bring content ideas that genuinely land with our audience in HR, people development, and L&D.

• You help produce video and photo content, from finding the topic to getting colleagues in front of the camera, editing, and posting it.

• You keep an eye on the numbers and use them to decide what to build on next.

Who we're looking for

• Are a hands-on AI enthusiast: it's fine if you don't know something yet, what matters is how you go find out.

• Speak German and English fluently, both are a must.

• Enjoy working with other people, collaborating with different teams across the company: people, marketing, community, sales.

• Are curious about B2B content creation: market research, trend analysis, growth marketing (ads, A/B tests, funnels), and more.

• Like thinking outside the box when pitching ideas, and aren't afraid to take risks and learn from them.
